Failed English 10 three times in High School, had to take it in summer school to graduate…

…40 year career in Journalism…writing…so much for English 10.

Greatest Accomplishment: Married 51 years now to the love of my life, Barb (also from Buffalo), two great successful adult children who also married right, two Grandchildren, 2 Shih Tzus Riley (who passed but whom will always be in my heart) and Boomer, born on the 4th of July and who is right now barking at bigger dogs who walk by our house (while safe behind the front door).

My advice: Do what you love to do and do it surrounded by those you love and who love you. Don’t be afraid of doing something new, don’t be afraid of failure, be wary of success. Choose love, not hate. Stand up for something, speak out against something. Do the right thing even if it isn’t the right thing for you.

And never, NEVER let anyone define who you are and of course…
